Our products are designed for babies and toddlers and must always be used under adult supervision.

Important safety disclaimer: BumpGuard is designed to help reduce minor bumps during everyday supervised play, such as crawling, standing, and first steps. It is not a medical device, is not protective sports equipment, and cannot prevent serious injuries. It must never be worn during sleep, naps, or unsupervised activity, and must not be used in vehicles, on bicycles, or for any activity requiring a certified safety helmet. In the event of a significant fall or impact, always consult a medical professional. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors will be exact.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will issue a full refund.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on the Site.
