Thank you for shopping with BumpGuard! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $40
- For orders under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location — you'll always see the exact cost before completing your purchase
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more regions soon!
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears to be lost, reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
