Return & Refund Policy

At BumpGuard, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Because BumpGuard is a hygiene-sensitive baby product, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair
  • In their original packaging

Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return, for the health and safety of all our little customers.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your BumpGuard arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. The item must meet the return eligibility conditions above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
